Return and Refund Policy

Returns are possible within 30 days:

  • Products must be in their original condition and bear the original labels and tags.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
  • Items to be returned must not show any signs of use.

Please note that if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately be unable to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@rozylain.com If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the return label and shipping costs .

Return Label

Once your return request is approved, we will advise you on how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Cancellation of orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please check your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Return costs

No charge if the product is damaged by the carrier, or if the product received is defective or incorrect.
However, if the customer purchased the wrong product, if it does not suit them, or if they no longer want the item, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@rozylain.com If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will send you a free replacement the first time.
If the item is defective the second time, we will refund the full purchase price.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchange

We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, after accepting the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was accepted or not. If accepted, the refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method within 14 days.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items. You can return your purchase without worrying about additional fees being deducted. Our goal is to provide all our customers with a hassle-free return experience.
