Shipping, processing and order times

  • Order processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Typically, deliveries take between 5 and 9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping costs: Free delivery.

Cancellation of order

Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Please email us to cancel your order. Once orders have been shipped, they cannot be changed.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be created once your order has shipped. Please provide a specific email address to track your order. Click here to track your package.

Change of address/telephone number

If you wish to change the phone number or address provided when ordering, please contact us as soon as possible before shipping. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change this information. In this case, you will need to request a resend and place a new order.

Order tracking issues

If you have any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Tracking information may take 1-3 business days to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Contact us for an estimated delivery time.
