1. Which Payment Methods can I use?
We offer 9 different payment methods including major providers like American Express, Goolge Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Mastercard, UnionPay, PayPal, Visa and Klarna as well as many different local payment methods. For more details on our available payment methods click here.
2. What if my order arrives and it doesn't fit me?
Just reach out our dedicated customer service team at support@rozylain.com and we will make sure that you can return your items. You do need to pay for the return costs.
3. How do I wash my product?
For the best care of our clothing products, we advise using a washing machine with a lower temperature setting. This not only safeguards the garment but also helps the environment.
4. I received my item damaged, or the wrong size, what now?
Rest assured, instances of products arriving damaged are extremely rare, thanks to our rigorous quality control measures conducted by our trained warehouse staff prior to shipping. However, should such an unlikely event occur, please send us a photo of the damage by getting in contact with our support staff. Simply send an e-mail to support@rozylain.com. We will promptly dispatch a replacement at no extra cost, prioritizing your shipment.
