  • Order Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, your order will be shipped using one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit Time: 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4-7 business days from the date of order.

All deliveries to the US are free.

We only ship to the The United States.

After your order has entered our system, we prepare the order internally and forward the address information to our shipping carrier.

As we want you to be one of our happy customers, all orders are picked & packed as fast as possible! The actual delivery time may differ depending on where exactly you live.


Cancellation Requests

All new orders in our system enter a flow of business automation making us - rozylain.com - unable to stop the order from being processed, picked & packed, and sent out.

Each cancellation request must therefore wait until the customer receives the item. If the customer decides to not keep the item and send it back instead, the standard refund and return terms as described below apply.
